José Raúl Llanes Membrillo
Born on 14 November 1974 in Minas de Rio Tinto, age 8 he moved to Valverde del Camino, where it enters playing the lute in the fable of the town that year. At 13 he began studying at the conservatory of the town where the elementary guitar made, will continue his studies at the Conservatorio Profesional de Huelva, Sevilla finishing higher degree with honors.

He has taught at music schools of Puebla de Guzmán, Fog, Aracena or Valverde del Camino.

From 2001 to 2008 worked at the conservatories of Cordoba, Jerez de la Frontera and Huelva, teaching guitar and flamenco guitar. In 2008 opposition wins specializing in classical guitar.
Currently teaches at the Conservatorio Profesional de Huelva.

Finally, with regard to his compositional work, we highlight from works for guitar (both classical and flamenco), to works for chamber ensembles (guitar and flute, guitar and clarinet, saxophone quartet, among others) and bands. One of his compositions, released in May 2005, has been a flamenco concert for guitar and orchestra called "Sueño Andaluz" acting himself as a guitar soloist, and has served as music for the biography of Fran Rivera.

In September 2009 he released an album called "world music" performed with his group Aquattro (guitar, flute, violin and bass), where you can listen to music from various world geography, with all these songs written by J. Raúl Llanes. This album has been sponsored by the Consejería of Education of the Junta de Andalucía.
