Although sounds and colours constitute very different languages, they are, given their abstraction, equally indicated to interpret the most recondite feelings and sensations of the soul. This is a free exercise which, through music, expresses the perceived impressions through the observation of certain colours.

Carmí (Carmine): The colour of blood and life; the radiant splendor of the roses on Sant Jordi’s day. This seeks to reflect the sensation of vital energy which this color transmits.

Ambre sobre violeta (Amber on violet): This evokes the magic vision of a clear solar light on a vaporous curtain of clouds, in an autumn sunset. A chromatic duality which is transforming, almost imperceptibly in an infinite multiplicity of shades.

Escala de grisos (Shades of grey): Contemplating the prints of the painter Pere Porquet, who in his collection of landscapes in grey shades manages to suggest the perception of all the colors in nature.
