Was born in Cullera (Valencia) in 1963. He began his musical studies at the Sociedad Ateneo Musical in Cullera (Valencia) and continued later at the Conservatori Superior de Música de Valencia studying with various professors including Juan Vercher, Lucas Conejero, Salvador Seguí and Rafael Talens. He finished his clarinet studies with the highest grades.
At 16, he passed the audition to become a member of the military band. He moved to Pamplona where he became a member of the Symphony orchestra and professor in the Pamplona and Tafalla conservatories.
He continued his studies in Madrid with the professors José A. Tomás and Modesto Escribano, both clarinet soloists of the Spanish National Orchestra. He has taken several advanced courses with Michel Arrignon and Jean Louis Sajot, soloists of the French National Orchestra and Paris Opera, respectively. As a clarinet player, he has performed in different chamber groups and was the founder of the Ébano quartet, recording a CD, and making different recordings for radio and TV.
As a soloist, he has performed with different orchestras and bands playing works by Mozart, Rossini, Weber, Poulenc, etc. He collaborates with the following orchestras: RTVE, Euskadi, Sinfónica de Madrid and Balearic Islands.

At present, he lives in Madrid.
For the occasion of Mozart's 250th birthday he toured with a choir and chamber orchestra as a clarinet soloist and conductor performing a monographic program of Mozart.
He has taken classes in orchestra conducting with the professors Jan Cober and Enrique García Asensio. He actively participates as a guest conductor in several musical ensembles. As a composer, he has written for Symphonic band, Chamber music, Concerti etc. Some works have been commissioned and interpreted in Festivals as elective pieces. He has been a finalist in different composition competitions and recently he won the competition of the Himno de la Agrupación Deportiva of Colmenar Viejo (Madrid). He is a member of S.G.A.E.
At the present time he is a member of the Unidad de Música de la Guardia Real (Unity of Music of the Royal Guard) and director of the Escuela de Música y Banda Sinfónica de Colmenar Viejo (Music school and Symphonic Band of Colmenar Viejo, Madrid).
