Born in Ayora (Valencia). He studied music in the Conservatori Superior de Música de València where he obtained the Superior Qualification in Oboe under the tuition of M. Morellà and F. Salanova. At the same time he studied Harmony, Counterpoint, Piano and Voice as well as Choral Conducting with E. Cifre and Orchestral Conducting with José Collado. He attended workshops on Harmony and Contemporary Music under Heribert Breuer and Alain Weber.

At present, he lives in Barcelona.
He mainly works in Catalonia.
In 1991 he moved to Barcelona, where he became Professor of the Orchestra of the Gran Teatre del Liceu. He continued his studies in Fugue, Composition and Orchestral Conducting in the Conservatori Superior de Música de Barcelona.
He has composed several choral works, original and adapted pieces for Symphonic Band, and other small instrumental compositions.
