This work is an arrangement for oboe and piano that the composer realize at the request of Miguel Morellá, (oboist and soloist), of his concert for marimba, vibraphone and band (Baq-Etum). Specifically it is the 2nd movement, "Adagio expressive with bolero" that by the delicacy of its melodic lines, so much liked to the mentioned soloist.
