Composition of the year 2017, and dedicated to Noelia Yuste, friend of the composer.

In this sonata, the composer once again fuses the modal style with the tonal, to achieve with it effects of great simplicity from the point of view harmonic and melodic, but very colorful. The melodic lines are well cared for so that the performer and audience enjoy the delicacy of the same, as well as their emotional draft.

To emphasize the emotionality of the waltz, which the composer has extracted from his "Festive Suite" for symphonic band: "Vals sentimental", making a reduction for piano of the first section of the same and including it as the third movement of the same. It is also worth noting the inclusion in the 3rd copla of Rondó of a thematic idea extracted from the hymn of cavalry in the form of variation, thus personalizing this work in the figure of the dedicatee of this composition, as a member of the mentioned weapon.
