Piece composed in 2013, dedicated to Luis Gómez Zanon, trombonist and friend of the composer.

The difficulty of the piece could fit in a 4th-5th grade average level. The composition is divided into two movements with repetition of the first section of the 1st movement as a coda to finish.

The character of the two movements is totally opposite. The first, in slow movement and characterized by a strong domestic air rubato, is of great delicacy of interpretation, in which the trombone and piano create a dialogue ceding prominence to each other.

The second movement, in the style of a tarantella and already with a more rhythmic character, is not without melodic lines of great elegance and finesse, and which the piano also offers in addition dialogues with the trombone.

The composition from the harmonic point of view, is presented in a modal style with a chordal basis of four perfect major chords in descending progression by second majors that dominate the entire piece.

The duration is of about 9 minutes.
