The title gives name to one of the poems of the poet valencian Lluís Alpera. According to Josep Ballester, "the leitmotiv that runs along the backbone of Alpera's poetic work is the Homeric image of Ithaca. It becomes the permanent symbol of his literary corpus. " In fact, in the three poems chosen from his collection of poems, this leitmotiv, with a full Mediterranean color and elements of popular poetry, is evident. The accompaniment of harp tries to "color" all the subtle nuances of the Mediterranean light transmitted by the poems of Alpera.
