Traditions are part of the way of being of the countries and its people. This composition is inspired by the Valencian popular songs, creating themes to develope them in a festive atmosphere, in addition to using two basic elements of our traditions, such as the ‘dulzaina’ and band.

This fantasy for ‘dulzaina’ and band recreates well the atmosphere of a holiday in any of our countries, describing and following a natural order in the future of the party, i.e. composed different events that are part of this hypothetical holiday such as the “despertà” the parade, etc.., all exposed from a popular point of wiew and impressionistic.
Some of the movements are exposed without solution of continuity, and in the following order: I - Introduction (Dawn), II - Day party (main theme), III - Despertà; IV - Entrance to the square, V – The parade; VI - Square dance; VII - Procession; VIII - Entrance to the square; IX - Danced end (finale).
